The school transition guide was created jointly by the DSAO and the Ontario Ministry of Education to help families support individuals transition into kindergarten all the way into post secondary life.

DSAO has compiled information from various sources, Ontario Ministry of Education, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario, and others to help you to make informed decisions regarding your child’s education. It is perhaps the most comprehensive collection of resource material.
